What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and — if you give
one — your email address. That is the minimum we need to pack your order, call you to confirm it,
and get it to your door.

Why we collect it

  • Your name and address — to deliver your order.
  • Your phone number — to confirm your order before dispatch, and so the courier
    can reach you. This is the number we use, because almost every order is Cash on Delivery.
  • Your email address — to send your order confirmation, if you provide one.

Who we share it with

Only our delivery partner, and only the details they need to complete the delivery. We do not
sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Payment information

Cash on Delivery means no card details ever reach this website. If you pay in advance by bank
transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, that transaction happens in your own banking app — we only see
that the payment arrived.
